This view from Washington Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn, is one of New York’s most photographed. I like the area—even though it’s touristy, it feels calmer than Manhattan. Cobblestones add charm, the old warehouses now house high-end shops and apartments, and the bridge towers above it all. A quintessential New York scene—definitely worth a closer look.
