Anime NYC is happening this weekend! A three day event that unites fans from all over for unique exhibitions and exclusive screenings.

You probably ask yourself how do I know this? It was easy to put one and one together when I started seeing people walking around the city dressed up as anime characters. It’s fascinating and amazing to see the level of detail and dedication they put into creating their costumes as apparently most of them are handmade.

Not my cup of tea personally, but I think it’s really great how they embrace their hobby and come together in mutual interest…
