Are made for lazy bank holiday mornings … Wouldn’t you agree?

I’m using this recipe from when I visited my brother in Canada over 10 years ago (side note: it’s crazy how time flies) and it never disappoints. Of course the Canadian maple Sirup is a must but I have to admit, the one from Vermont, USA, comes close and is a true rival.
