It always strikes me that one of the most modern and innovative cities in the world still collects its trash like this… super outdated, unhygienic and smelly- especially with these hot temperatures and high humidity!

And then you have Europe where countries have different ways of dealing with trash – quite creative in some spaces. But I guess New Yorkers are just very animal friendly and love the rats scurrying around everywhere 😉
